Q4: Do you accept customized orders?
A: Customized product is available.We have 20 years industry experience and have our own professional design team, we are very good at customized equipment as customer’s requirements.
Q5. How long is the machine warranty and after - sale service?
A:We guarantee the warranty period of our machine is 18 months, excluding the wearing parts, and we will offer our customers the spare parts all the time with favorable price. In addition, we have a professional after-sale service team and will provide lifetime after - sale service to promptly and thoroughly solve your problems.
Q6.How can we install and use the concrete plant?
A: We provide installation drawing, electrical drawing and operating manual for you. Also, we provide online guidance for free, any question can be solved. In addition, we can send our engineers or technicians go to your work site for guiding installation and test run the machine after foundation is already.
Q7: Do you provide equipment operation training?
A: Yes. We can send professional engineers to the working site for equipment installation, commissioning, test running and operation training. Make sure that your workers operate properly and know daily maintenance well.
Q8: I am a foreign buyer, if the machine have something wrong, how to solve it?
A: First, online service. You can send us a photo to show what happened, we are available online any time and can solve it soon. Second, On-site technician service is also available upon request. We have engineers stay abroad, after receiving your request, we will solve your problems in 24 hours.
Q9: Can I be your agent?

Q10: What’s your payment terms?
A: We usually accept T/T, LC. T/T: 30% in advance as down payment, the balance 70% paid before delivery. We take pictures of finished products before delivery.
Q11: Can you help us with the shipping?
A: Yes, of course. We have rich experience for shipping for our customers.
Q12: How To Track Shipment?
A: On the day we dispatch shipment, we will send shipment notice which includes tracking number for your checking purpose.
